Bravo to all the fighters here!
Yes, to deal adequately with fibro, I think, is a constant battle.
The good news is that the more we do it, the more automatic it gets. We each need to find what works best for us as far as diet, any supplements, how much rest versus how much exercise, how to get things done when in pain, etc. and good ol' pacing.
And have you noticed that quite often we need to change the way we do things to find improvement or a better way to do something (lifting, exercise, or whatever)? That's okay, though--just find what helps your pain, or helps your day to be better, or find a way to sleep better, etc.. This forum is a terrific source for all that.
Chuzzle said it so well: Never give up; never give in. And yes, I agree, it only gets worse when you lie down under it. It really is an ongoing battle, but once one gets into that routine of 'battle,' it does help make it a little easier to deal with.
Onward and upward.... :)
