This is the best link I've found about fibromyalgia! It talks about pain, sleep issues, explains medications, thinking positively, etc. You will see much of what we talk about on this forum.

Wow! Lots and lots of great info. Could this possibly be added to the fibro 101 thread? It's definitely something helpful not only for newbies, but for everyone here.

I locked Fibro 101. turn I have been thinking of adding this also. I just found this link early this morning. The only thing outdated is the info about needing a certain amount of tender points for a diagnosis. That was dropped about two years ago.
