If it's muscle pain vs nerve pain , a foam roller may help. I've used a foam roller for tight muscles from my SI joint pain. Tailbone, hips, hip flexors, front of thighs. If its nerve pain deep in the muscle, it may be harder to touch with foam roller.
Heating pads work well with pain meds. I also take Gabapentin for nerve pain. I recently started drinking turmeric tea, it helps with aches. Essential oils are helpful too like helichrysum oil.
