My pain. Has increased lately .
Planning to change matress but it can be expensive.
Anyone have suggestions on matress that would help my pain .
Overall good. For fibro.

I've found that a good memory foam and regular foam topper works good for me. I bought a 4 inch topper at walmart a few years ago. I feel very cradled in it and I had less pressure points hurting with it.

I don't remember the name. I just remember that it was 4 inch thick and part memory foam and part regular foam. I think they just sell beautyrest brand.

I just bought an intelliBED. They advertise to be great for fibromyalgia. I have high hopes! It will still be awhile before it gets here unfortunately.

Sleep number can be expensive but with a longer life..
I like the changability, if i am not in a flare i like it somewhat firmer,
In a flare, i love being able to make it softer a couple days.
We also like the lower end of the line better than the higher end ones..
Our kids bought an expensive bed , and it only held up a few years.
So do suggest doing your homework before you buy

Sleep number is good but very expensive,my budget is not over expensive but something cheaper.
But you get whT you pay for .
I might have to get just a memory foam topper for now .
And a gel one to keep me cooler .

Oh i had bought a topper for our guest bed, which was not comfy.
My daughters thinks its the best thing ever..including a much more expensive bed she had recently bought..
So that too can be a great solution.

Sleep number. Yes pricey in beginning but for 20+ years of service.
And you can change to your changing needs for softer or firmer depending on pain levels!
Love it. Had mine for 13 years so far.

Our quick fix was a firm 4 inch memory foam topper which had helped a great deal though we hope for better. It sits on top of a very old mattress that needs to be replaced, on top of a very firm newer mattress. We don't like box springs. We are looking at reviews of the new Caspar mattress which is on Kickstarter. Not decided yet, but it's under a thousand.
