How do you all manage stomach issues around taking vitamins? I keep starting a vitamin regimen - I'm trying to take b12, b2 (for migraines) magnesium, curcumin (turmeric - for inflammation), fish oil, calcium, d, iron every few days (because I tend to get anemic) ... I'd like to add K and CoQ10. Problem is, I also have stomach issues. It seems that whenever I get started on a routine, I get stomach issues (not necessarily because of the vitamins) and then everything goes haywire. I look at fibro vloggers pics of their daily pill intake and I think "How?!!!!" I will admit I've been lazy about my diet lately and am on the road to getting back to my spartan, healthy diet ... but even when I eat really healthy, it's really hard to take all those pills!
