Spray for Fibro pain

Has anyone out there seen a comercial on tv about a spray for Fibro?  My dh says he saw it one morning before I got up.  It was a spray that you spray in your mouth for Fibro pain?  I don't know if he misunderstood the comercial or what, but we haven't seen it again.  It sounds like a wonderful idea though.  Just thought maybe someone else had seen it and he hasn't lost his mind too.

Shannon, it has been around awhile.  If it really did what they say it does, we wouldn have heard about it by now...instead of Lyrica and Cymbalta.  There are so many out there that prey on sick people.  We sometimes get desperate to get relief and waste a lot of money in the process.  I have heard nothing positive about it.

Haven't heard about an oral spray for fibro but I have seen some topical sprays that contain ibroprophen or asprin coming out. I keyed in on those because of my Crohns I can't stomach ibroprophen or asprin. Haven't tried them personally. I'm with Sherrine though...they love to prey on us way too often!

I've tried a magnesium topical spray.  It seems to give me relief for an hour or so.

Hi Shannon...It's probably Dr. Franks and it doesn't work.  They also have it for dogs which I stupidly tried out of desperation ...somehow got on an automatic delivery system and the stuff started coming in by the box loads.  Then try to cancel it!  I repeat...it doesn't work and the main ingredients are nothing but glucosomine and some other vitamin. (if I remember correctly).  Yes..and it's the same product for both humans and animals. smhair

I don't know about any sprays for fibro pain, but I do use a topical cream that comes in a tube and works very well, even when I pull a muscle. It's called Voltaren Gel and is a prescription. It's the best topical treatment I've found and it does help with deep musclar pain.

I don't watch TV so I'm not sure about the commercial. I haven't heard of an oral spray for fibro but
I'll ask when I go to the herbal shop tomorrow. I use a blend of 50/50 comfrey tincture and DSMO
in a spray for external pain. Topricin is also a great external painkiller. It's a cream that comes in
a tub and is odorless. All are available at herbal shops. I'll let you know what I find out on the oral
spray.

Almost forgot....I've discovered something in my experiments, I've tried beta-alanine, which
is an amino acid and have found dramatic results. The body builder at the herbal shop turned
me on to it as I told him even though I had a very physical job I was having a hard time holding
my 10 pound grandson for more than 5 minutes without the muscles in my arms burning and
hurting. A few days ago I had Lucas for 20 minutes with no sweat. I can hardly believe it works
fast and so well. It's for muscle weakness and fatigue.

My herbal guru wasn't in when I went up as he's on vacation. I'm going up again next
