Ashok Gupta book??

I'm intrigued by the info Ashok Gupta has re. FM and 'retraining' the amygdala. However, I don't have (nearly) $200. to spend on the program! Is there a book or something else less expensive with the same info? Thanks for any info.

Luv, there is no cure for fibro but there are a lot of people out there to take your money. I've seen many of these programs online but still haven't seen one on the news as having found the cure.

When someone finds the cure for fibro I'm sure it will make the headlines.

Jeannie is good at keeping up with all the latest news about fibro so if there is a major breakthrough we will hear her clear from Michigan.

Hi Luv,

This man's name has gone around before. Save your money and get a good heating pad. There are so many out there willing to scam your hard earned money and you are left with empty promises. One of the leading consumer advocates in the US, Clark Howard, mentioned that if someone is relying on personal testimonials...be ware! The don't have the science to back up their claims. Besides, if this was so great the entire medical community would be on board. None of us want to suffer and I know my doctor, and most others don't want it either. They are doing the best they can with honest research and double blind studies at major university/teaching hospitals and honest research centers. Work with your doc to see what he/she can do for you.
