I was told I had fibro from a rheum about
4 yrs ago, and really didnt understand it either. i know my knees and lower back are severe arthritis and DDD. But lately now when i wake up it hurts my FEET to walk to the kitchen to turn the coffee on or go to the restroom, that is new for me. I never really had foot pain, havent been told I have arthritus in my feet, so I guess i will blame the fibro, some days are worse than others, somedays its only in the morning with this new foot pain, and sometimes all day, been trying to practice flexability exercises with my feet to help.
ANd also i think the fibro is casuing pain in my shoulder every night, it acutallly wakes me up and i have to readjust shoulder to hopefully releive some pain. I guess its the fibro, its been about a month now, i just came out of nowhere, and from what i have experienced and been told, fibro can do that, cause pain to come out of nowhere .
But we got to deal with it the best we can. I have two kids they helps distract me from pain. Friends to visit and places to go help, even if i hurt, it gets me out of house doing something eventful, rather than, staying alone and hurting, Id rather be with somebody and in pain, then alone. And coming here is a great distraction, but also offers a good source of advice and information and insight. I feel like I can just be myself here.
Anyway keep on posting
