hey Girl: I don't have to ask how ya doing cause I'm feeling your pain. Yup, you nailed it. I had forgotten the connection. I just went through this really bad spell for a couple of months cause it seems to have rained, non-stop, all summer, and I was living in this old leaky house, full of Black Mould. I got really, really sick. Then I ended up in emergency and the nurse there gave me a 1, 2, 3 list. Move, move and move, to a warm dry house. I did. I felt sooooooo good for about
a week, except for my looney tunes sister coming to town threatening to sue me and leaving all these real nasty voicemails, anyway, back to my Move. Physically I felt much better. Last night and the night before I was awoke and found myself sitting upright in bed, in agony, 3x's ea. night. This morning I feel 1000 years old. can't think straight, searing pain shooting down my left arm, every muscle groaning and nattering, and just plain painful, all over. The onliest thing I can do is take some amyltriptilene during the day, it makes me really drowsy so I've excused myself from any and all responsibilities and hit the mattress. My other pain meds don't work for this type of episode. It's a neurological flare. Codeine which works for most of the other flares brought on by too much activity, lifting, exercising, does nothing for this type of flare which I know by the pain in my tailbone, and migraine onset. Guess who's visiting, last night, and today. Ike. He made it to the Maritimes. He's huffing and puffing and making me miserable, but, this too, shall pass.
