I am currently on Lyrica but only take it on my days off. I work nights and would be unemployeed if Itook as prescibed which is twice a day. It zonks me out.

At first it made me tired and relaxed but after time your body adjusts. I have 300mg per day and am fine with it. I think its worth taking even though im on narcotics I would not stop it. Its usually the first med offered to fibro suffers. sue2z

I take ibuprofen (with food) and Tylenol for my pain and I take malic acid/magnesium supplements for pain and fatigue. They have really helped me but they don't help everyone. Several members that have tried them have had good success with them. All the info about them is on the Fibro 101 thread. Read it and see what you think!
