Hi Everyone,my whole body is sore . Does anyone have any suggestions? I would appreciate any suggesstion of what to do for it.

only the obvious, a hot bath, but as silly as it sounds although im on narcotics sometimes asprin helps me short term sue2z

i actually find a shower superior to a bath at relieving muscle soreness.....i have times when even the muscles in my armpits hurt really bad and the directional spray of the shower feels great....you can really target each spot in the shower....

Try not to let this stop you from moving around. That will only make things worse. I would try some GENTLE STRETCHING to try to losen up the muscles.
