Yea, so, I dont know about
you guys but whenever I get sick my Fibro goes into OVERDRIVE. That is to say the very least.
The seasons are changing and its starting to cool off a bit here...which also means flu season is coming up. I woke up Monday with a sore throat, but thats not uncommon for me...but by my 4th class I was freezing and had a migraine. When I made it to my last class, which is a small room with just me and a teacher, I laid in the floor covered up shaking the whole class period. When I got home I put 2 layers of everything on and got a bunch of blankets and pillows and curled up in the recliner. My head hurt so bad I couldnt move it. I couldnt open my eyes. Nothing. The worst I've ever experienced. I couldnt see straight nor could I stand up. MY Fibro went full force at me and I hurt all over. I was SO stiff and hurt so bad that I involuntarily cried.
I was a little better yesterday, still had a sore throat, hurting all over, I have no voice, but my head felt a bit better. Only, I was so incredibly hot yesterday. I was like hot from the inside out so I couldnt get comfortable. Im still quite weak and havent eaten much in 3 days and Im trying to regain my voice but it isnt working that great!
So, what does this time of year(and whats to come) mean for your health and how you feel/will feel??
I have already experienced it and hope that I can stay well this winter. It doesnt help that I go to school where most kids are totally not sanitary! (dont tell anybody, but I keep germ-x in my pocket! Im OCD!) But, I wish everyone the best and hope that you guys dont get sick! (and if you do, I hope you feel better REALLY fast!!!)
Just thought I would throw this out there! Take care!
