My daughter and I decided to go to a State Park we have here named Babcock. It is so beautiful especially this time of the year. There is a grist Mill there that you can see how flour is made. Actually if you go to Yahoo Images you can type in Grist Mill Wv and see pic of where we were today.
There is also a lake there called Boley lake. We went there and took some pictures. It was so much fun just spending time with my baby.
Then...and this will probably be big no no come tomorrow 
...but we went horseback riding for an hour. I have not been on a horse in 20 years. I was so nervous in the beginning because he was so big. After a while tho King and I were best friends. He was so funny cause he would go where he wanted to go. the other 3 in the line would go one way and my horse would go another.
I am a little sore right now(dread tomorrow) BUT IT WAS ALL WORTH IT!!!!! 
I not only got to do something that I have not done in years, but I was outside most of the day and the best part I spent some QUALITY time with my girl!!
