this is what helped me i went to a rhumey and he diagnosed me with fibro then i went to amazon.com and saw the rating for the book what your doctor may not tell you about fibromyalgia i read other people who have been helped then i decided to try it and it is working for me please look into it and give it a try good luck pain sucks. ps this helped my ibs and my back pain

Hi Swed! Welcome to this wonderful forum. I agree with you 100%! The book you mention is the first one I found once I was officially Dx with FM several years ago. I still refer to it many times each week, even tho I have other books that are wonderful, this book is the one I go back to most.
