So I haven't posted in awhile and things have improved substantially.

I'm still experiencing pain and the typical fibro symptoms, but since I started getting treatment for my anxiety things have improved, I'm in less pain, less tired and can walk up a flight of stairs without stopping half-way through to catch my breath!

Me and my boyfriend did end up breaking up (for 2 days) and after a tearful discussion we decided to give things a second try and he's been way more understanding of my symptoms and I'm really happy :D

I'm hoping that I can go back to work in a couple of months - but I'm worried I'm not going to be able to work for the 6 1/2 hours my job demands. I might end up looking for other sources of employment - but it gets complicated with my disability claim.

Things are getting better though :D I haven't had a bad flare for awhile. It almost gives me hope. :)

Hope is a very good thing to have! I have been out of work since October 1st, and just don't know what to think about going back. I do alot of computer work, which I know to be very difficult for fibromites. Hang in there, give it a try if you need to. Maybe discuss with your employer that you are willing to try it, but need some help to do so.

One of the most frustrating thing I think is the unpredictability - and most employers NEED you to be predictable/dependable. It's hard, isn't it?

I truly hope that things keep getting better for you.

Glad things are going well for you Corrie!! Hope it continues forever!!!
I want to go back to work sometime soon. I just need to find the right thing. With the job market like it is... who knows how long it will take.

It is nice to meet you Corrie :-)

I have been out of work for almost 2 months now... honestly don't plan on going back anytime soon, I am still very new to this whole Fibro thing and am learning to cope yet (Was just dx'd in December).

Glad things are going well!
