I did search out the two medications and what medications to avoid when taking them. Opana is a narcotic pain reliever, similar to morphine. Norco is a narcotic pain reliever and another name for it is Vicodin.
According to the Opana site, it states, "Do not take Opana with other narcotic pain medications, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxers, or other medicines that can make you sleepy or slow your breathing. Dangerous side affects may result."
