its me again

so i have problems due to an injury in my right neck and shoulder well i have been seeing new symtoms my lower back my left shoulder mucles and most every other mucle, the nurse at my dr said she thinks i have fibro as well  this weekend was the worst as far as pain, th dr decided to put me on opana and gave me my refill for narco at the pharm he told me i dont need both and to stop the norco right away,  i am in so much pain i dont know what to do i have a app tomorrow do i take both meds or do i go back to norco i have been experiencing wd fron the sudden stop and opana isnt helping alone.  any ideas

Very sorry to hear about how much pain you are in. Just remember that Pharmacists are not dr's and while they may have the best of intentions sometimes, they did not go to medical school. Your Opana is now your main pain medication and your Norco is considered your breakthru med. Use it as needed as your doctor prescribed and you shouldnt have any problems. God knows I love my pharmacist but sometimes I could ring his neck!
