I layed on my comfy couch, pillows, fleece throw and was out in seconds. MY mother stopped by with car probs and felt so bad she woke me up. No, issue after she left I went to my bed with heating pad and a book and agin was right out. I have not been up before nine without force in years. Today After turning heating paid on for a half hour and laying there trying to move I got up at 8. I almost feel rested for once. Thank god I got my flexoral back. I need the combo of that and my lyraca. I over ate a bit yesterday but all foods I am allowed. I was just ravishingly hungry for some odd reason. The hardest thing is to not be so hard on myself. I hope everyone has a great day, I am going to try and get to the coffee shop today to try and sell some jewelry.

Do you make jewelry? I do too. I use semi prescous stone beads and silver wire, I make my own chains too. I just love it. But don't sell much, mostly give it away. my bad?

I got up earlier today. 7:30, but fell back to sleep in the reclyner until 8:30, but usually dont get up until ten or eleven so this is a good thing. I like to get up early when I can.

It is so easy to get comfy and fall asleep. Maybe that was just what you needed.

making jewerly sounds like fun.
i go to bed around 8 every night i am down in sunny st. geogre ut visiting my family and my nefews get up at 6 every morning and have to wake up aunt molly. i am so tired that i was watching a movie with them and fell asleep on the couch yesterday and still went to bed early. but i am very close to them and so gettiong up early to spend more time with them is just fine i am going home tomorrow and will miss them. but getting back to getting more sleep i am sorry to say i cant wait.

Do not undervalue what you make!! I used to just give away my stuff or undersell. It took a great friend to tell me if someone doesn't want to pay the price I deserve they don't deserve the jewelry. She is my backbone and has been since I was 11. I am now 33. She wants me to visit her in Washington st. but not sure on the plain ride bit. Not scared just can I handle the pain? I may go this summer for an extended time to make it worth it. I have not seen her since she moved 8 years ago and havent met her two youngest kids. I am the godmother of the youngest girl. I hope everyone is well today!!

I have always undersold my stuff. I am bad about that, just don't have the confidence to put a fair price on things. I had over a thousand dollars worth of inventory and ended up giving a lot of it away as gifts. Oh well, I try. It does become tedious trying to make chain out of silver wire, but in the end it is worth it, it looks cool.

I try to do things to keep my hands busy since I can't do the things that I use to do. I like looking for rocks. I find a lot of agates and petoskey stones. They are easy to make jewelry out of, the petoskeys are kind of soft. They are actually sea coral that has been buried under the ground for many many years. They look nice when polished. But they are grey so they go with a more natural look.

I do a lot of drawing, painting and wood burning. It is fun. Just wish that I could get out and do the things I use to do. Darn fibro.

Karen and Ang, your jewelry sounds beautiful. I would love to see photos of it. I wish I could make jewelry. I do paint abstract art and have some of that up in my house. One I have named "Life." it is blue and purple lines on top and bottom and the paint runs uphill on the top lines and down hill on the bottom lines and it has brown and black swirls between. Things can go everywhich way in life. I like it.

Hi all, as you can tell by my name I make jewelry too.  I love any kind of stones & use either silver or copper wire.  I love the look of copper & it is easier on my pecketbook.  I by my copper at the hardware store.  I used to sell my jewelry & sold alot but I of course underpriced it.  I have no confidence in my jewelrymaking.  I have made many freinds gifts of my jewelry & feel so good when I see them wearing it.  I always hope it won't end up as just clutter. 

I am so unmotivated to make jewelry.  Actually, I am just to tired to do it.  I love it but it makes me anxious & that makes me too tired to make jewelry.
