Hi, Butterfly, and welcome! I walk every day. When I started out I couldn't go very far but I have increased my walk and it has helped me. I do feel more energetic and it does help keep me loose.
Be sure to check out the Fibro 101 thread...the second thread on the forum. There are links to good info about fibromyalgia. You can learn a lot about it in that thread. There is a link to good stretching exercises that really do help too.
