I also can never find the car LOL... whats worse is when your man has MS and you both keep looking for it. Or the time my family and I went out to the movies, I thought I was being smart taking my sister, brother and nephew and we all forgot where we parked - and we took the same car. You would of thought after taking 3 family members without fibro we could find that car and we looked for a half hour before someone remembered where we parked.

I finally have a good one to add!
When heading home from work the other day- I tried to lock my cubicle with my remote car locker that is on my keychain (can't think of the proper name for the car clicker thingadohicky).
I laughed at myself and then looked around to make sure no one saw me do it :)

I find myself trying to
open the underground garage door at work with my remote for my garage, and get a little panicky when it doesn't work. Work's garage door is automatic but those 15 seconds it takes to realize there is someone waiting, I wonder what is going on. It would be okay if this was once, but I seem to keep doing it over and over.

When you are convinced your dislexic because when you right down words or type them, they are backwards or mirrored. but you can spell the dam word out loud and then when you go to rewrite it you forgot what word it was to begin with.
and when its after dark and a friend who doesn't have a car wants you to pick them up and go to dinner, and you pretend like you are sick or already ate dinner so that you don't have to drive and look at the darn bright a** lights. driving at night makes me nuts, during the day is bad enough but between headlight/taillight/stoplights..and the really anoying flashing "EXTRA PARKING" signs on the main road near my house...
there was going to be more...but then i lost track of thought.

When you set your car keys on the back seat while you get your three year old out.... and proceed to leave them there overnight... and the car was unlocked....and parked in the driveway...
When you are the reason post-its are still in business...
When you are looking straight at someone as they are talking to you.. but you have not understood a single word they said...

This has been a great thread, but it's very old and over 100 posts long, and I'm going to tuck it in and let it go to sleep
...aka lock it.
