Ever had muscle spasms you can see?  It's like the muscles are trying to jump out of the skin.  I've even had spasms in the large blood vessels in my wrists that jump up. Creepy looking...

i've had where part of my thigh just starts shaking, visibly. i guess its probably a muscle spasm, but i never really thought of that before. i always wondered why it does that, as people can see it and it is embarrassing.

And yes I know what you are talking about. I don't know what causes them but sometimes they can be very painful and others just feel weird. Might be potassium issues but bring it up with your doc next trip and see if there's a simple answer. I would guess not...lol

I get these weird muscle jumps in my upper arms sometimes sort of a fluttery feeling.  I also had a twitch in my left eyelid for months.  It was horrible..when I was really tired it looked like I was winking at everyone.. now it's kinda funny but at the time it was awful!

I get teased by my daughter about my spasms, especially when my eye twitches, it happens when I am under alot of stress. Guess I relate it to the pink Panther, when the captian gets so stressed out as the antics keeps getting worse. He can't get his eye to stop.

I get them to I tell my kids they are old lady twithes. I get it alot in my upper arms especially on the days I work and use those muscles.
