Just wanted to share this with everyone. I had a little bit of an awakening the end of last week when I went to get my haircut.
I had an e-mail sent to me awhile ago re: having patience with our fellow human beings- whether it is out driving, in a store, just being amongst people and why they might be having a "bad" day.
For starters, the stylist hardly greeted me, she had no expression on her face and she did not talk. My first thoughts were; I won't be giving her much of a tip, she shouldn't be in this line of work, and I am never coming back to her. I started light conversation with her and come to find out she has "fibro" and was having an exceptionally bad pain day! She is also going to college in the eves and has two kids. I would be having a bad day too! So, not only did I get a great haircut but I learned that there is probably a good reason people can behave the way they do some days.
