When I was teaching, I had a record called Chicken Fat but it was different than what they are playing on this site. The kids loved it and we would exercise to it to warm up before gym class. Thanks for sharing.

I exercised to that song in gym when I was a kid.

I just thought this was fun and free.

It could be the same song I used when teaching but my hearing is so distorted now that it didn't sound the same. It is a fun song.
