Hi: It's been awhile since I posted, and wanted to throw out a question.
Is there such a thing as an electric heating pad made specifically to be worn around the neck?
I know there are microwavable heating pieces (I have some.). But I need major relief on my neck, and heat seems to be most helpful. I'm taking malic acid tablets, doing exercises, did the ergonomic thing, tried various herbs, and take Neurontin and Flexeril, which make me very loopy, but do help. However, I find I forget important details while on them, so I don't want to take them while working on something important, as I would in a job.
I'm trying to finish up a lonnnggg MT course, and still at this stage, I don't know if I can do it for a job, because of the stiffness/pain I get in my neck/upper back. To anyone who does computer work: what has helped you? I appreciate any ideas. God bless!
FROM HARA: It's called a flaxseed bag. My mother made me two of them and I can either freeze them or warm them up in the microwave for 2 minutes. It's great. I hope you find yours.
