Yup, add me to the list. I don't get the cold sweating but chills, oh,yeah! Doesn't seem to matter what the temperature is inside or outside, I can get chills. Most especially during flares but at other times too. In the winter, I wear layers, long sleeve T-shirt, acrylic sweater or fleece, my favorite. And sometimes I have to wear my fleece OVER my sweater too. My heating pad is my friend! I also bought a heated blanket throw that is great. I put the heating pad on my back, put the heated throw over the rest of me, stick my arms out just enough to hold my book and I'm set to warm up. In the summer, with the air on, I always have a long sleeve shirt or light fleece on, or I'll get too cold. Sometimes, only a hot bath will do to warm me up.
Really, fibro friends I thought I was the only one whose body was so wacky!
