I thought I'd come on here and whine to my fibro family about
the fatigue I've been feeling lately. Maybe it would make me feel better to grumble to the people who understand. But I think I'm acually too fatigued to complain about
how fatigued I am. So I'll just yawn again and keep reading your posts until I fall asleep. Which could be any minute now.
Nite nite...

Try to get some extra shut-eye. Also, try to do some stretching exercises and walking. I find that gentle exercise gives me energy. If I sit too long, I not only get extremely stiff but extremely tired!
I hope you perk up tomorrow!

im glad you posted. i think most of us use this site to complain sometimes. dont feel badly about
that. i, too have serious fatigue. it drives me crazy when im lying in bed and im thinking about
all the things i need to be doing. my husband tells me to try to give myself a break and use that time to do the things i can do in bed, reading, going through the stack of mail or magazines and catalogs that seem to accumulate. if you knit or crochet, you might consider making things you can give away to people in need. that would, i think , give you a good feeling that can help with feeling "useless". i think fatigue can be worse than pain sometimes. i hope you find some things that you can do while resting. and sometimes you may need to just rest. allow yourself that, with the knowledge that you are doing the best you can. i dont know if this is a good idea for you, Check with your dr. first, but my dr. told me to drink 2 diet drinks with caffeine to give me more energy. it has helped me tremendously. of course you need to do this early in the day, so it wont intervere with sleep. i hope ive helped in some small way.

Try drinking extra water. I've found that it really helps sometimes but not always. I drink a lot of water as it is but I guess sometimes I need more.
