This goes into the probably causes/mechanisms for fibro as well as massage techniques with good diagrams.

This might be a good article to bring to the attention of your massage therapist. I'll be giving it to mine next appointment to try the techniques mentioned.

interesting read, thank you. I'm going for my first post fibro massage in a couple weeks. I made sure I got someone who is used to treating fibro patients and myofascial disorder. I a little apprehensive but very excited to see what happens and what she says.
