Hi everybody,

I am happy to say that we have been having sunny days and according to the weatheman (meteorologist?) we are suppose to have a good week of this.  Upper 30's and 40's.  I love it.  Been able to walk daily with my dog.  And it feels like spring.

Just curious, what is your weather like right now?

Karen it is 60 degrees here and I plan to take a long bike ride today. I love spring in sunny California.

Here in N GA we had another snow event yesterday.  We got 3 inches in my neck of the woods and in the mountains it was 6 or more inches.  Today it is very windy and 31 degrees but most of the snow here in the valley is melted.  This weekend though it is going to be in the 60's........Woo Hoo!!!!  Come on spring!

Today in the river valley region of NW Arkansas it is sunny and will be in the mid 50's.
It is a beautiful day for walking. The temps will be close to 60 the remainder of the week.
Sunny days help lift my spirits and the warmer temps sure help with the achiness!

Northern lower MI seems like spring is around the corner woooo hooooo... i want it to be warm... oh how I "ache" for the warm :).... it is mid 30 right now.

Got e-mail from oldest son this morning, they got 4 inches of snow in NC. I wrote back and said, "enjoy, it was almost 40 yesterday and 38 right now but suppose to be near 50 by Fri". He keeps his weather and my weather on his computer so he can rub it in when we are freezing while he enjoys nice weather, after I wrote him and told him he is working hard to get us to move in with them he stopped giving me daily reports. smilewinkgrin 

 

I had the patio door open this morning for the girls to come back in and heard a dove cooing, had to leave the door open awhile to listen. I love this time of year cause you have all the nice weather to look forward to. At least I hope it is nice this year and not blistering hot or rains all spring and summer as it has done the past two years. I can't do cold, heat or rainy days.

 

I hope your having a sunny day where ever you are.

Okay.  Forty degrees is is wonderful?  It is 52 degrees and windy here in Florida and I'm absolutely freezing!  I'm sitting here in slacks and a sweat shirt with a space heater blowing on me.  Even the dog is in front of it!  I'm so used to warm weather that 52 is darn cold!  Oh, I can't wait for the beach weather to arrive.

In central New York it's about 40 today which is a serious heat wave. Tomorrow nite they're calling for 19 and then going up to
mid 40's. I'm so tired of the snow. Last Friday we got hit and I had a foot of wet slush in the road, needless to say, I was late for
work as there is no going anywhere in it. Had to wait for the plow to come through.

Sherrine, we have had a run of really nice weather this week, the temps are in the mid 30's and the sun is shining. Haven't had this weather since early Dec. I only have about 15 inches of snow left on my deck. Wooo hooo. Diane

I am in Northern Lower Michigan too. I am about 50 miles east of Traverse City. They are talking in the 50's next week. I am so excited!!!

Fifties is a heatwave here. Sorry that you feel so cold, but here it is like a miracle. I hope that it stays this way until spring.

I walked my dog again today. It sure was nice. It was a little windy but not bad.

Our weather is about the same as Marlee, I'm a few hours north of her, in Illinois, in the high 30s, but it feels awesome ...I think it's the sunshine. But, I have to ask all of you....with this nice weather upon us, why oh why am I feeling so yucky? Maybe it's just the change in the weather, no matter if it's good or bad change? I get so confused...

Northern VA should have a nice weekend...50s and sun but the wind is still somewhat cold. Hopefully it will die down. But at least the sun is shining which lets me know that spring isn't too far off.

mad   We had freeze warnings last night and the warnings last until 8 AM.  mad   It's MARCH 5th!  mad I'm usually at the beach in March!  mad I live in the tropics!  mad   I can't post on this forum what I think about this weather!  devil

I really feel for everyone with the snow and the cold,for me I complain about the cold at 70 deg [Queensland Australia] it is fall here now but the days are still nice that is if it ever stops raining we needed the rain and now it looks like it has forgotten how to stop. 80 percent of the state is flooded and it is a very big state. So sunlight would be nice for me as well we have a swamp around the house instead of lawn.

Miriam, at the end of last week when it started warming up I had a horrible headache, worse than normal, and felt like I was coming down with something for 4 or 5 days. Kinda sucks when nice weather makes us feel worse than bad weather huh??? The weather bug says 48 today, 52 tomorrow and rain on Sunday so we will probably be hurting again Sun.

 

Something is very wrong when it is colder in Fl than it is up north Sherrine. Didn't hear from son this morning for a report in NC, maybe he is frozen.

Well girls, Kentucky is finally seeing some good weather.  It is supposed to be in the low 60's all weekend.  I can't believe that spring is right around the corner.  I don't know when I have seen so much snow. 

 

We have rain coming in Monday but who cares.  It is still supposed to be in the 60's. 

 

Sherrine, try to stay warm and just keep thinking about the beach weather coming up soon.

Glad I'm not the only one feeling yucky with the warmer weather - fatigue, pain, and headaches. Of course I'm in Louisiana so we get the wonderful high humidity also - yuck!! Different weather fronts affect me also so you may want to chart the weather for a while and see if there is a pattern causing flare-ups. Keep up with wind direction and barometric pressure as well.
