*sigh* Annoying, innit? I'm sorry you're having such a bad night.
Good luck with sleeping this time, Jeannie.

I hear you, Jeannie! My husband and I are going to have to start sleeping in separate bedrooms because I am sick and tired of being woken (SP?) up in the middle of the night and then kept awake by his snorting noises!! I'll have to figure out which bed is better for my back . . . he can sleep anywhere.
It seemed like those nose strips worked for awhile, maybe because I was on a bigger dose of Clonapin. But I take enough drugs, I don't want to dope myself up even more just to sleep! I don't like to have to do this, but I guess sometimes that's part of getting older.

My advice is to take up a hobby like knitting or online gaming. Hobbies give you something to do while you are waiting to go to sleep.
