Dark red almost purple fingers and toes

I have had a red blotchy rash on the palms of my hands and the soles of my feet for as long as I can remember. It doesn't hurt, itch or burn so I never was really concerned about it. Recently I started experiencing bad leg cramps at night that are so painful they wake me up and I can't go back to sleep. My doc said it was RLS and gave me bacoflen, about 2 or 3 days ago I started getting cramps in my arms, hands and feet as well. Just assumed I was flaring. Now today the rash is alot redder then ever and now the tips of my fingers and toes are dark red and swollen past the back of my nails. If I push on it it turns white and takes several seconds to get red again. Any idea if this could be fibro related? I have read somewhere that people with fibro can have skin problems and rashes but I don't think it was specific. I would appreciate any input. Thanks you!

I would definitely talk to your doctor about this. It could be something serious. It's always better to be safe than sorry. Good luck.
