H Pylori

I am on protonics for acid reflux, without it I would be in serious trouble. I have tried others but protonics seems to work the best for me. Sorry you are having these issues along with the fibro but you are not alone in this struggle for survival.

H pylori is a bacterial infection, I believe.  It can cause ulcers.  From what I understand, if you have it, they will put you on antibiotics and it kills this off in most cases.  Also, in most cases it rarely returns so this is good news.

 

Hope you feel better.  I have acid reflux, too.  I use Prilosec for it.

I sort of understand what you are going through my DH had this and after the medication he was fine. Now he still had to take medication for the hiatus hernia but he has now had the operation to fix that and wishes he had had it done years ago and not let his promary care doctor talk him out of it back then. He had key hole surgery he went in on the thursday lunch time and came home on lunch time Saturday. His operation went well he still has to be careful for the next month, but he looks forward to eating normal meals again.
