L- glutamine any one??

Hi

No diagnosis yet. Suffer from muscle spasms and twitching and a lot of nerve pain. Pins and needles and burning and stabbing. All tests normal.

Recently I came across l- glutamaine being used for muscle pain and neuropathy.
There's a lot of articles talking about cancer patients use this after they develop neuropathy from chemo and it can repair damage.

So I am thinking has anyone tried this for their aches and pains of fibro or neuropathy type pain
Not sure if any one has neuropathy type pain in fibro.

Please let me know what u guys think
Side note: I read that there is an interaction with anticonvustant like neuronton type stuff. It lowers the effect so people with seizures can get there seizures if glutamine lowers the effect of the meds
