Ok have had mamagram and 2 ultrasounds and the spot they saw is gone. Still have breast pain sometimes, even from shower water. They said it was my Fibro. Then I was a good girl and had my teeth cleaned for the first time in ages and they are hurting too. Im not sure if it is my PSA or the fibro with my teeth. Anybody got any suggestions besides Tylonol or Ibuprophen. Cant take the advil with Savella and my liver enzymes are bad again. Probably too much tylenol. Suppose too start humira but I am really worried about it. But my wrist are not going to last much longer at work.

Well Im not sure if this will help your teeth from hurting but my oldest sons swears that rinsing your mouth with peroxide helps when he has a toothache. It might be worth a shot hope you feel better soon.

I'm glad that your ultrasound revealed the suspicious spots were gone, I'm guessingthey were cysts. Have you tried Sensodyne toothpaste for sensitive teeth...that might help.
I have horrible wrist pain at times and found that heat makes them feel better. At
night while I'm watching TV I'll put my wrists on a microwave rice heating pad.

Hoping the Humira works well for you. I'm on Methotrexate and Savella also and
being at the rhuemy's today found my liver enzymes are elevated again. I use
Excedrin, but the acetaminophen can also raise liver enzymes.

Please don't laugh but my husband told me to rinse my mouth with scotch when I had a toothache and it worked! Don't swallow! Ice also helped me. Hope you feel better.

My teeth are very sensitive, too, and Colgate for Sensitive Teeth helps them a lot.

I have to use Sensitive toothpaste or I am miserable. I do not have any dental or gum problems. I have cysts in my breast and they can cause pain. Not all of the time though.

Will try Exedrin. Thanks for all of your replies. I have the new colgate for sensitive teeth. So many aches and pains, hard to treat all. New internist says it is because of toxins from colon attacking my body???I just am so tired of Drs. and test. Really tired of my whole paycheck going to medical.

What??? I'd definitely ask for a very thorough explanation of what that means. And maybe ask another doctor, too.


Just a thought - but if I wear an uncomfortable bra, I'll get breast pain for days, sometimes longer even after I stop wearing it. Two women docs both concur that it is the bra issue for me. Although I dearly loved my underwire bras for my entire bra-wearing life, I've given them up as of last year. Could you bra be a culprit? When I switched to sports bras without wires, (and good wide straps and extra support to hold up the girls) the pain ended (after a short while of recovery). I still haven't found one with widely spaced straps that don't stick out on my v-neck shirts - but it is better than the pain at least.

I'm really sorry you're experiencing this. I hope the help the others have suggested will work for you.

Is your internist selling any colon cleansers out of his / her office?

Bra issues?? What is a bra? I Don't wear one unless I absolutely have to but then I am not super well endowed haha

Just got off work. Yes my new internist is really pushing colonic cleansing. No way Jose, after 20 years of IBS and Savella has gave me relief. I actually FEEL Normal again. MY internist moved and the hospital would not do the test on my breast without a new one so I have tried 2 now. This one told me my liver enzymes and thyroid and kidney test all came back bad but my Rhuemy said my blood test was good 2 months ago. I told her she didnt need to do the blood but she was suppose to check my Vit. D. Now I am really confused about who to belive so next week I am going to ask for ALLL test results in writing and ask a nurse I know. I just want some relief and am so tired of the stupid bills and time it takes to test. Whew Im windy today, sorry. But the idae that toxins from my colon are causing ALL of my problems according to her. Then why isnt every doctor recomending the cleansing?
