Some of you HealingWell vets may remember me, and most of you won't. I posted earlier this year talking about how I had made changes that helped me improve my life dramatically. I started exercising daily and eating right. I think up to that point I had lost 60 pounds and still had a ways to go. Well, I'm happy to report that I achieved my goal of getting in shape! Thanks to running 4 miles a day this summer, I have now lost 95 pounds and right where I want to be! You guys have to remember to not give up on this thing. We can't just spend our lives pitying ourselves. What we have is not a death sentence and that pain is something we all can overcome. I know I have the advantage of being a young man, but that doesn't mean that it's too late for you all! Every day when you wake up I want you to set yourself a goal towards improving your physical and mental health. It will go a long way in life!
