baths and backache/pain

Hi all, hope you're having a good day. this is to vent and ask for advice.
my day started off well this morning, i wasn't in too much pain. i managed to clean out my pet rats and was really happy. me and my hubby decided to go shopping.
when we came out of a shop, the car wouldn't start, so had to call out a breakdown service, then i had the worse of migraines, also 1 of my pet rats isn't well and she isnt eating.

i just thought i would have a bath to destress my muscles and joints. then something hit me, which i have noticed every time i have had a bath, every time my back hits the water, i get a terrible backache and back pains, it does wear off after a good nights sleep.
im just wondering if anyone else suffers from this and can sympathize.

No, how awful! Something that's supposed to make you feel better turning against you, yikes!!

I have a tiny hot tub - 2 seats ,130 gal,lights, cover - it's a triangle that fits in a 5x5 corner, no plumbing, fill or drain with a hose - easy. 10 minutes exercising in the morning wakes me up, gets the blood circulating.
Ten minutes reading, stretching before bed makes me sleepy and relaxed enough to sleep.
Since my doc prescribed I deduct the electricity as a medical expense. Cheap therapy.
