It's really important for everyone to keep a dossier on their illnesses. It becomes important as time goes on.
Every, Dr's, Hospital, Specialist appointments and any appeals that are made. Everything that relates to an ongoing illness. You won't regret it!

I totally agree...especially for people without a diagnosis! I picked up a small agenda and started writing in it in February. It has been so helpful to have all my appt's, dr's contacts, everything in one little book that I can fit in my purse. I bring it with me to all appt's, in case the dr's ever have questions. I've stopped writing my daily symptoms because, well, the pain is every day now, so it was getting a bit repetitive. But anything new, I always write down..changes to meds, stupid dr replies, etc, etc...
