Hair

Does any one eles have horrible pain when they brush there hair?  Brushing my hair my scalp hurts so bad , and to use a blow dryer feels like my scalp is burning. I cant go to the salon any more cause it is to painful to have them combing and pulling my hair when they are styleing it.. just wondering if its just me or any others going through this , and any way to ease it.

Hmmm... my scalp doesn't burn, but I know that when I put too much hairspray on my hair that I usually get tension headaches from it "pulling" on my scalp. Isn't it quirky all the ridiculous things we have to put up with?!?! No wonder so many people battle depression along with their fibro.

I'm trying to find a way to focus on positive thoughts, hoping that it can be a distraction from some of he pain we have to bear.
