Hello all, just wanted to say that I'm doing much better. Thanks to everyone for the sleep advice. I am currently working a seasonal job which was only giving me one day of work a week. They are now working me about 30 hours a week. It is getting me much more active and moving more. My pain is lessoning and my sleep is much more deeper and longer lasting. But of course there is a trade off. I wake up with a slight headache and have deeper fatigue symptoms when I do wake up. I just want to keep sleeping. I guess you can't have it all.
