Sorry guys on my previous post I forgot to mention what I am suffering with:

I have fibro, OA, Osteoporosis, disc bulges in cervical and lumbar spine with stenosis.

I have calcifications down my spine, scoliosis and spondylosis.

Hi and welcome to our fibro family, Im sorry you are going through so much right now. Have you tried any of the supplements like Vitamin D or magnesium. There is a lot of information on different supplements in fibro101 at the top of the fibro forum. Most of us are really low on Vitamin D and I know that magnesium tends to help me with muscle cramps. I have also just found out that Vitamin B is supposed to help with energy so I am going to give that a try. I hope this helps a little and I will be praying that you feel better soon.

Oh another thing is gentle exercise like walking will help. Start out with short walks and build yourself up. Stretching excersises can also help. Keep your chin up we are here for you.

I had a blood test done at my family Dr., and they found that I have a severe vitamin D deficiency...she thinks it may probably be linked somehow to the fibro/rheum. Regular OTC vitamin D did not help so they had to Rx me the heavy duty vitamin D which I take once a week. Has your Dr. checked your vitamin d levels?

You can put your dx and medications right in your signature if you want to. That way you don't have to type it out everytime that you post.

You go to your profile and to edit I believe, haven't been there in a long time so I am not sure.  But there is a place to add a signature.
