Hi Em...
And it's wonderful to meet you! Welcome to the Fibro Family. Now that you joined you're stuck!...lol We not only will torture you with pathetic humor but will keep bugging you to take care of yourself! And the worse part of this family is we always are there to support each other. So, are ya ready for us?...lmbo
Seriously, being and feeling so alone if one of the hardest parts of fibro. Even when I have lots of people around me I feel alone. It's like I'm either invisible or I realize that everyone else goes everyday things with out any appreciation of how easy it is. And I have to constantly think about
each and every thing I do.
Also, I have to force myself to get out and become active beyond the confines of my home. I'm happy to just stay here but the longer I stay the harder it is for me to leave, especially if I'm going alone. It's torture most days if I have to go anywhere unless hubby is with me.
As you can see, you are in quite good and safe company here. We all are living and fighting our battles but at least we have the compassion of each other to get us through. Please stick with us and we'll make it together...(extending hand)
Warm hugs,
Chutz
here are a couple of sites for fun...
I just found this first one..it's the Crayola company. There over 1,000 pages to print and color, another 1000 art projects and on and on. Cool stuff.
www.crayola.com/And have you ever thought about
digital scrap-booking? There is so much free stuff out there, even software to get you up and running. Just do a search for free digital scrapbook and you'll be stuck to your monitor for days. I use Photoshop Elements and sometimes Photoshop CU and have a blast.
here's a start:
