Strange symptom

Hi Fibro Family,

I have a swollen spot just underneath my left collar bone, farther away from my heart than my arm. When I push it, the spot hurts a little and pain shoots into my bursar. Anybody familiar with this? Either way it looks like another trip to the doc is in the near future. Thanks.

Hi Free Spirit~

I don't really have a solid idea what's going on... is it possibly a muscled that is knotted up? In any case you should get to your doctor and see what's going on. It's so much better to have the relief of knowing that to suffer the agony of the unknown. That's how I am anyway.

Thanks, Chtuz. I'm hoping it's just a new sensitive spot. The rheumy was pushing in that area, to see if it bothered me when he dx fibro. It did not hurt then. It is a real bother to get to the doc for that 'extra' apt., but sometimes there is no other way.
