Hi, Dannielle, and welcome! I'm so glad you found us and joined the family. I think you will like it here.
I use ibuprofen with food, extra strength Tylenol, malic acid/magnesium supplements and vitamin D3 supplements to help with pain and fatigue. Then I add gentle stretching exercises, walking and swimming, and a monthly gentle massage. This combination helps me be in control of my pain....not pain-free. I have had fibro for decades and have had a great life so far. We are all so different, though. What works for one might not work for another. It's totally trial and error with fibro.
