I totally agree, diet does make a big difference for so many. Some rheumy's are now telling patients that eating a gluten free diet helps..my aunt is doing much better now that she is gluten free. Nighthades, which are potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant...they are very bad for pain also.
I do not eat any processed foods, no sugar (other than that which is natural in fruits), no grains, no nightshades, no redmeat. no cruciferous veggies, and no dairy. I have many intolerance's and do much better with this lifestyle. Sweetners can be harmful too, I use only stevia.
