I'm going to call the doctors tomorrow, I came home early from work on Friday, I was feeling dizzy, week and my head hurt. My ankles seem to swell up and I have tingling pins in my left hand.
I thought it may be the neurontin, (I had problems like this with Lyrica 2 years ago) I did notice that when I did not take it yesterday, my swelling in my feet had gone down. I took a dose last night, when I woke up I have the swelling again along with the pins and needles in my left arm. I don't know, also my throat appears to be sore. I'm sorta scared, I don't know if it could be Lyme again or what.

I hope it's nothing that I need to be going to the ER for, I had a bad headache yesterday, but so far today nothing. I slept in rather long, and I honestly feel like I could go to sleep again right now (been up for about an hour) I have to go get groceries, there is nothing in the house. Any idea's?

It is probably the neurontin if you had that problem with the lyrica too. From what I understand, lyrica is just a glorified version of neurontin. They are almost the same thing. I couldn't tolerate neurontin either, it made me stutter. I could not talk. I didn't like it either.

If you are feeling better by not taking it, I would let the doctor know. You may need to change medications. Sorry that it isn't working out for you. Take care, I hope that you feel better soon.

I am so trying to hold on, I'm at work, been here since 8 am, I already have my sunglasses on, my eyes are hurting from the light, my head is killing me. I don't want to go home sick again today, but I may have no choice

I feel cold, chill like and so yuckity, all I want to do is curl up into a ball and go to sleep. But I can't do that here at work. I left eary on Friday and I have 1/2 day left for time off for Fibro this month, I just think I may try to hold on until 12

Please please go to the doctor. The symptoms you are describing, except for the swelling in the lower extremities, are also signs of a TIA--early stroke. Don't fool around. Get checked now.

I am not a doctor and don't mean to scare you, but you shouldn't wait to get checked. Let us know how you are doing.
