Hi everyone,
I went to this doctor and he also recommended Ketamine IV. i did one already. Not much to report.
Easy enough to handle, they say you need a few so jury is out so far.
I am scared to try cymbalta/neurontin/lyrica etc. and i don't think he likes these either too much. i just don't want to mess with my already fragile neurology any more than i have to.
I already am concerned about not getting dizzy or heaping on any more problems - the pain/sound sensitivity/migraines is enough, thanks!
i do not get fatigued or dizzy yet! thank goodness and sleep is so-so, not too bad, though pain keeps me up or sleeping lightly.... plusses for me.
i do have to take things to be comfortable even while asleep sometimes.
ps he gave me a topical cream with ketamine/gabapentin/lidocaine/ketoprofen. anyone try anything like this? so far i don't see the results, have been using it a week or so.
i keep thinking maybe i need a little longer.
for me, good old Ben Gay patches are still may favorite!
warmly,
Lotus
