actually yes, i was! i am 25 years old and some days feel like a 55 year old woman! i bought a set of 3 stretch bands from walmart and over a period of about 2 weeks, i have stretched almost daily with them. i definitely feel a difference, especially in my legs. use them for your arms as well. i find, alot, that my whole arm will go numb. but since i have started stretching (and recently incorporated 5lb weights for my arms) i dont have this problem as often. light workouts are beneficial! talk to your doctor and see what he says. just do what you can to keep those muscles moving and feeling active, i know this has really really helped for me! also, i dont know if you are familiar with Ensure nutrition shakes, but i have also started drinking them daily, they have one for muscle health, and they are also working. about 2-3 months ago i was completely miserable, and now, i can honestly say i'm feeling exponentially better. keep the faith and do what you can :)
