Hi again everyone, gosh I seem to be posting every couple of days at the moment. Another question for my wonderful friends here...do any of you get pain behind your knees which seems to travel up the back of your legs up towards your butt? Sorry I know it's a strange question, been in pain all day with it feels like a tendon is sore or maybe it is muscular...

I don't know feel like everything hurts at the moment... sad

My feet are sore too forgot that one

Yes I have been feeling that too lately. I think it may be muscular since I don't have any knee pain, it's just behind my knees. My feet ache too. Muscle pain is pretty nasty, it can hit you anywhere and everywhere.

I have a friend that suffered with pain behind the knees and finally went to the docs. She had a Bakers Cyst. If you google it you will find some helpful info and be able to compare symptoms to see if this might be what you have. I only know that it is a cyst cause by inflammation and that it causes tightness and pain behind the knee.

Sounds like Baker's cysts. I have them, too and I use Bromelain, which is pineapple enzymes.
It's a pill that I take and is a natural anti-inflammatory. If it's sciatica, I use a blend by NOW
that has magnesium, zinc, Vit D and calcium. I know if I don't take it I end up in a LOT of pain
from the sciatic nerve swelling in my lower back through my hip ending up with the upper part
of my leg going numb. Fun Times!!!
