I'm right there with you huskergal. For me it started mainly in the legs and hips so i've got 1 year + experience in the pain your getting now. i've also described it like having ridden a bike after a long time of non-exercise, it feels like every muscle there has bundled up to a tight little ball. Try going for a small walk, get the tension out, that usually works for me, if u feel u don't have the energy than take a nice hot bath. Hope you feel a bit better soon.
