Did not do anything too special except pray and have faith that it will go away. It is still there just not as bad. I do not know if you believe in God but I know that He has helped me through it all. Also I just tried to relax and not let it get to me.

Hey minmay, that's great, I believe god helps too, but I'm also a great believer in relaxation....we get so tense as fibro sufferers that it makes everything hurt...hope you keep feeling well....shannon

I am on my ninth day of a new antidepression med (Viibryd) which just hit the markets this past month. I was on fluoxetine/Prozac the month before and I gone into a huge downward spiral and was in a major fibro fog.
I can definitely see and feel that my spirits are lifting and so is the fog. I don't know if it's coincidental or not, since the brain fog comes and goes as it pleases, but I'm happy to say today I feel fog-free! I also believe in the power of prayer and faith!!
But anyway, here's a little hip, hip hooray for Minmay today. May the fog stay far away!
