I just finished a bottle of expensive vitamins that I bought in a health nut store. I got talked into them, she says these are better then off brands because they don't have fillers. I was convinced to buy them and if you knew me I usually wouldn't of done that. Now I need a all around vitamins and not sure if I should just by them at Costco or SAMs brand or expensive one. I will take some advice. This is my first bottle of vitamins that I ever bought. Can you believe that. Lol

Hello I'm new to this.I need people to talk to. I've been told I Have Fibromyalgia about 3 or 4months ago the pain was bad, med.seemed to be helping pain easy up and then my PMDD started and pain is worse again. last two weeks been back to taking Hydroco again. Would like to know if anybody is suffering both and if have notice if your PMDD is making your pain worse? I'm so bad I'm in bed most of the time. I get up stiff in the mornings and do stretches to help. My life is being taking away from me. I need someone advise.

Well, on the list of ingredients, there should be as few non-medicinal ingredients as possible. I think it depends on the vitamins. A dietician told me that it is worth it to pay the extra for some because they come from better sources, others not such a big deal. She also said I should look into getting as many in a sublingual form, where they absorb under your tongue because fibromites often don't absorb nutrients properly.

I get my malic acid/magnesium, vitamin D, and CoQ10 at Puritan.com.  I get my multiple vitamin and the off-brand for Occuvite at Walmart.  Remember, the FDA doesn't regulate what is in these and they can tell you they are better and charge you a fortune, but there is not way they are accurate.  So, this has worked for me.  The only name brand supplement I buy is Citracal calcium supplements.  These are easier to digest for me.

Personally I like the unusual. Alive is a good brand with vitimans, minerals and
fruits and veggies in theirs. Radiance is the best I've tried but kind of hard to find.
It has the normal vitimans, minerals but has many herbs like ginko biloba, red wine
extract, echenacia, etc. It all depends on what you're looking for. Most of the suppliments
I take are NOW brand and I've had very good luck with them.

Consumer Reports recommended Costco's Kirkland brand multivitamins. They are inexpensive, have what they say they do, and don't have any nasty ingredients.
