That is quite a coincidence. Did the both go the the er? At the same time?
I know I drink a lot of coffee, but I always switch to water in the afternoon. I am a huge water drinker. I try to put lemon in it too. But lately I have just been drinking it plain.
Somebody not too long ago posted on depression that coffee can ward it off in women. I have heard it has antioxidents. But yes it can dehydrate you and soda, and alcohol. Especially the alcohol I do believe.
I think it is important to drink a lot of water to keep your muscles hydrated too. I am sorry about
your girlfriends. Were you all walking? I have a couple of girlfriends that I walk with.
